Molding team leader: 2

Salary: 10,000-12,000 yuan/month

Job responsibilities:

1. Responsible for on-site form improvement and data statistics;

2. Optimization and adjustment of field machine parameters and abnormal handling;

3. Workshop staff discipline and on-site 5S implementation;

4. Supervise the work of the production line, ensure the quality and quantity to meet the production and shipment requirements;

5. Responsible for the production quality of the production line, abnormal product improvement, bad traceability;

6. Responsible for the training of new staff.

Job Requirements:

1. Secondary school, high school or above;

More than 2.5 years of injection molding machine experience, injection molding more than 3 years of field management experience;

3. Skilled operation of molding machine, have a certain understanding of Sumitomo, Fanuc, encyclopedia vertical machine debugging;

4. Can independently adjust the machine, test the mold, mold fault detection and judgment, equipment and mold simple elimination, understand the manipulator operation;

5. Proficient in operating office software and ERP system;

6. Active in work, strong sense of responsibility, strong execution, strong team spirit, strong pressure resistance.
