Salary: 8000-13000 yuan/month

Job responsibilities:

1. Responsible for clarifying product technical requirements and acceptance standards, and analyzing, investigating and improving process quality problems;

2. Responsible for the management of on-site quality team and the effective implementation of quality control;

3. Guide QC to find problem points;

4. Responsible for manufacturability review of product design and process design;

5. Put forward the process optimization plan, and promote the implementation and evaluation of results;

6. Responsible for internal and external quality information collection and collation, and put forward quality improvement suggestions;

7. Follow up the response of the customer complaint improvement countermeasure table of the responsible unit and reply to the 8D report of the customer.

Job Requirements:

1. College degree or above, more than 3 years of experience in electronic connectors, with a certain knowledge of electroplating, injection molding, stamping hardware has a certain understanding;

2. Proficient in quality management analysis tools;

3. Familiar with SPC, APQP, PPAP, DOE and other quality management tools;

4. Ability to identify process quality risks and safety risks;

5. Ability to organize and drive quality improvement projects;

6. Have a certain English foundation, can read simple English reports.
