Salary: 10,000-15,000 yuan/month

Job responsibilities:

1. Overall control of the work in the production department, responsible for auditing the implementation of KPI plans;

2. Make work direction planning within the production department, deploy human and equipment resources within the department to maximize benefits;

3. Handle abnormal production, coordinate quality, engineering, technology and other departments to deal with abnormal production problems in a timely manner, and ensure the effective implementation of production plans;

4. Responsible for production completion, review and improvement of process material consumption;

5. Responsible for production workshop safety, environmental management, supervision and implementation of safety production, environmental education and related training, timely discovery and treatment of safety hazards;

6. Responsible for strengthening the company's management philosophy and implementing various management systems.

Job Requirements:

1. College degree or above;

2. More than five years of production management experience in the electronics industry, with strong production process control ability and site management ability;

3. Experience in connector and cable assembly industry is preferred;

4. Good experience in staff training, team building and talent echelon construction;

5. Good communication and coordination skills.
