Quality Assurance Chief: 1

Salary: 11,000-15,000 yuan/month

Job responsibilities:

1. Lead the quality team to develop and implement the company's quality control plan;

2. Establish and maintain the company's quality culture and teamwork spirit, ensure that all employees have the concept and skills of quality management, and master the basic quality management methods and tools;

3. Establish and maintain the quality management system, including the establishment of quality files, the formulation of quality standards, the establishment and maintenance of quality inspection systems;

4. Responsible for quality assessment and control of products and processes, including raw material procurement, production and processing, finished product inspection, etc., to ensure product quality meets relevant standards and customer needs;

5. Establish and maintain communication channels with customers, collect customer feedback and opinions, timely deal with quality problems and give customers satisfactory responses and solutions;

6. Establish and maintain good cooperative relations with suppliers to ensure the quality and delivery ability of raw materials and services;

7. Coordinate, guide and manage the work of the subordinate quality team, cooperate with other departments to carry out related quality activities and improvement plans.

Job Requirements:

1. College degree or above;

2. Understand RF connectors, cable product quality requirements and familiar with industry standards;

3. Skilled in writing QC seven techniques and 8D report;

4. Understand all kinds of quality systems, such as ISO9001, TS16949, ISO14001, etc.

5. Good communication and coordination skills and personnel management skills;

6. Have a good sense of responsibility and professional ethics;

7. Have a strong ability to work under pressure, and be able to work steadily for a long time in this position.
