Job responsibilities:
1. Make human resources plans according to the medium and long-term development of the company to ensure the rapid growth and efficient development of the company;
2. Responsible for the company's organizational structure and the establishment of competency models for each position;
3. Responsible for the construction of the company's talent team and cultural construction;
4. Leading the development of management system and work process in the department and regularly revising and improving it;
5. Administration-related work management and guidance.
Job Requirements:
1. College degree or above, more than 5 years of human resource management experience in medium and large electronics industry;
2. Familiar with the basic management knowledge of administrative work and six modules of human resources;
3. Excellent logical thinking ability, analysis and judgment ability, planning and organization ability, communication and coordination ability, and the ability to solve emergencies;
